4 bedroom house

I have a 4 bed house in nr5 needing to exchange asap due to personal reasons. I’m happy to help with moving costs. Needing another 4 or 5 bed house may consider a large 3 bed that has a dining room that’s allowed to be used as a bedroom. Would need to allow pets and have a secure garden. I will consider any where in the nr5 8, nr5 9 and nr3 2 areas. Also happy to be used in a multi swap. Not fussed on decor or state of gardens. My house is on marlpit lane, please don’t let this put you off both properties either side of me are private and haven’t had any issues in the 7years iv been here. My house has 1 very large bedrooms, 2 good sized doubles and a good size single that currently has a double bed in single wardrobe and gaming table in it. Good sized kitchen with breakfast bar. Bathroom and toilet downstairs. Large lounge that’s has plenty of room for a 6 seater table. Of road parking, large front garden a small/medium back garden that’s on 2 levels. Non council, cottage style doors downstairs. Photos can be sent on request for genuine swappers. Please no messers as wanting to move asap.
