End Cottage in quiet rural wee village. Home has 2 double bed rooms upstairs. Down stairs 1 single with built in triple wardrobe. Plenty of storage. Toilet/shower. Utility room we sink and plenty room for washing machine tumble dryer fridge ect. Pantry room we shelves good for storage. All amenities can be accessed in Monifieth, Broughty Ferry Carnoustie or Dundee which are all close by. Good transport links Shops Schools ect lots of beaches if that’s your thing. Rent £98 wk pets allowed, very large garden front back and sides, off road parking..
In return need 3/4 bed preferably rural, a bungalow/cottage/house only we garden enclosed. Must have bedroom and bathroom ground floor. Only quiet town/villages/street will be considered. No estates!!
I am in no rush to move must be right home/area. This area I’m in is well sought after area and rarely comes up for a swap. Only reason for move garden too large for one person to maintain when caring for 2 adults!! Serious swappers if interested forward post code and area info for a response.. Cheers.
