Box room could possibly have a single bed built into it. Mainly used at storage cuboard.
Front and back garden grassed. Back garden leads to car park and bus terminal. Shed unit will be left.
Large livingroom - can be half dining room.
Back livingroom has a door that leads into back garden.
Under stair storage and cupboards from kitchen/livingroom.
Attic
Bathroom with shower over bath.
Unfortunately the house does need decorating due to smoker tenant for 11 years but would be lovely family home with fresh lick of paint. Due to disability she can’t decorate and needs a ground one level property
Looking for 1 or 2 bedroom one level ground floor housing due to medical in the area of Bonnyrigg Poltonhall or Rosewell may take other local areas
