Small 2 bed flat on the second floor found in the Bedzed eco friendly community, located in Sutton. No electricity payments due to eco friendly system, with lovely conservatory extension, personal balcony and large green space. Lovely friendly community, close to local amenities, great schools all in a desirable location. Not decorated as we have not been here long, shortly after moving we found out our family is growing. We are happy to put money towards furnishing of the flat, if your home is decorated.
