John, the lead guy, was really helpful, supportive and very available by mobile. His team were very polite and worked like stink. A lot of our loft, was difficult to access as the house has had a number of extensions and is a converted bungalow. A lot of work they had to do on their backs. They had quoted for 5 days removal, it took them 7, at no extra cost to us. In the end they removed 175 large black bags full of open cell foam. Good work guys. We are now waiting for our buyers survey to be re-done and if we get good news we will post another review.

Carbon Zero Solutions installed underfloor insulation in a very cold dining room using Hybris. Quote was reasonable and plenty of information on the product provided by surveyor Peter. Graham, Aaron and Stephen did a wonderful job essentially performing floor keyhole surgery, going under the floor fitting the material in a 50cm gap. Very professional, hard working and efficient team. Was initially concerned about cutting the floorboards, but the result is excellent with little evidence of the “surgery”. The real test will be winter, but signs of improved warmth are encouraging. Happy to recommend.

The guys from the office were great, letting me know in detail about who they were and what they were going to do to get spray foam removed from my loft and insulation that they were going to replace it with, so I could make an informed decision about them. The guys that did the work were great and they all worked really hard and in very hot conditions and letting me know via conversation and photographs about where they up to and still needed to do and always cleaned up after themselves.
