Zak was very responsive to my questions and able to fit the job in very quickly. Very impressed with his wealth of knowledge and experience, and he and Shane, the electrician, make a great, friendly team. The awning was up and running in no time, and they even disposed of all the packaging for us!

Nothing but a pure pleasure. From first contact Zak showed exellent communication skills. Helped me decide colour of my new awning. Called around early morning, silent as a mouse in order not to wake me. I had previously had a bad fall and the pain left me sleepless until the early hours. A very considerate young man, indeed, polite and kind with it. The afternoon of the fitting was hot. I happened to mention my summer wardrobe was in the loft. Zak immdiatelly offered to take them down. How good is that ! Unfortunately, B & Q left Zak with the wrong colour awning. That will be sorted tomorrow and he will return as soon as possible for the fitting. The old awning was taken down in no time and patio cleaned. All immaculate ! Before he left he took down the curtain pole that caused my accident and fitted a clean curtain for me. Rarely have I met such an uttery professional engineer. Whatever you need in the future, you could not wish for anyone better. It is a clear 10 from me.
