Casa Guia (Casa dos Passarinhos) Pristine and Charming 3 bed 2 .5 Bath villa, is well located both for the traditional village of Guia and the superb beaches and famous Championship Golf Courses of Central Algarve. The property is in a quiet upmarket family area, set in a mature garden and has a beautiful 7 x 9 private pool with patio and sun terraces. The Algarve shopping centre is only a 5 minute drive away, with its extensive range of boutiques and shops and the large hypermarket which is famous for its fresh fish counter. The house enjoys the benefit of two bathrooms and one cloakroom. Guia has numerous bars and restaurants 5 minutes walk away - well known for fine food and well priced to suit everyone. The excellent beaches of Gale, Castelo and Salgados are nearby. Local attractions include Water Slide Parks, Zoo Marine, Krazy World. The historic towns of Silves and Lagos are nearby. Outside the villa through the private gate are the lovely landscaped Private park of Quinta dos Alamos . The villa is totally enclosed with safe areas at the back and side for young children to play. At the rear of the villa in the south facing tropical garden there are seating/dining area by the pool, the terraces are very well equipped with a wide rang of rattan luxury garden furniture.

The garden is filled with enchanting birdsong, it is peaceful and relaxing and completely stress free - a little piece of paradise! Roses, vines, lemon tree, pomegranate tree, fig trees. A gate from the villa garden to private park areas with shrubs, and trees and a children's safe play park with swings and slide etc.

Guia is famous for its restaurants which are very good value and high standard.
Our local agents office is in the village opposite the beautiful church. The villa is an ideal location for holidaymakers and golfers alike.
GUIA - The lively village of Guia is situated just ten minutes drive from bustling Albufeira, the Algarve's most popular and well known resort. Guia is the hub of a thriving villa population which includes Sir Cliff Richards villa and vineyard, and over the past 30 years, around 20 restaurants have emerged offering anything from the locally discovered chicken piri-piri to two gourmet French restaurants. Nearby is the Zoomarine theme park with lots of attractions especially for the children including the opportunity to swim with the dolphins.
This small village is located near the main Highway N125 only 6km away from Albufeira. The village was established during Roman times and was called Alfontes by the Arabs, meaning beyound the water spring.
The Salgados Golf Course is nearby, with 6000 metre links, replete with water obstacles, a pleasant experience especially for the technically-skilled player.

Travel
Car hire is not essential but recommended for drives to the beautiful beaches of Gale and Castelo,10 mins, also visiting the towns of Tavira in Western Algarve or Lagos in Eastern Algarve. less then 40 minutes by car.
The local beaches are excellent stretches of fine sand, with Panoramic views, Beach Bars, Water Sports, etc., and not to be missed.
