In addition to short-term holiday lets, I also offer long-term winter lets (4 weeks and over) between November and March. The rental price is £295.00 per week for stays of 8 weeks or more and £325.00 per week for stays of between 4 and 7 weeks. Rental prices for long-term winter lets are based on up to 4 people sharing and include all utility bills, Wi-Fi and heating.
