Description
An amazing set of stamps from the Marshall Islands depicting our most ever popular Prime Minister and noble prize winner Sir Winston Churchill (1874 – 1965). A WAR correspondent, young statesman and prolific writer and academic, First Lord of the Admiralty and Prime Minister 1940 - 1945.
This set of stamps were issued by Marshall Islands 6 X 60c and a super large $1 stamp (currency aligned to the US dollar). The set of stamps depict his youth to statesman. ABSOLUTE Mint condition as always and still in its original booklet un-detached from perforation.
Designer: Brian Saunders. Print marks; Issuer by MIPS circa 2000. Bargain !
