Vintage Petroliana, Shell oil pourer.
Used but good working order.
524, 50 stamped on it.
There are four/five on the Internet ranging from £160 to £275.
Reasonable offers considered.
Not letting it go for nothing.
New decal can be bought for a tenner but I know the serious collectors will say leave it as it is.
