2 x Vintage Chinese Baoding Exercise Stress Dragon Balls
Relaxation Therapy - Set of 2 Vintage Chinese Baoding/Cloisonne exercise balls complete with Chimes Silk box and Original Leaflet.
In addition to relieving stress, Chinese Health Balls, also known as Baoding Balls are known to improve joints, blood circulation, sleep patterns, and memory. Two or more Baoding balls are rotated repetitively in the hand to improve manual dexterity and strength, and they are also said to assist in injury recovery.
Each ball measures 47mm in diameter and features the dragon design. Beautifully decorated silk box and leaflet included.
