Vintage American solid metal binding machine (Global Binding Corporation Ill. USA) made in Illinois USA.
Green - some light scratches to paint finish.
Very sturdy.
Adjustable settings.
In good clean working order
I also have a box of combs in various diameters and colours which I am selling with the machine.
