This 42 page A5 size manual, divided into sections (see index) was issued to all instructors throughout the British Armed Forces.
Its common sense and guidance proved to be invaluable to those seeking to get the best from training situations where knowledge could be imparted and delivered in order to ensure that students gained the maximum benefit from training and experience.
This is my own personal copy which proved to be useful when gaining a teaching qualification in civilian life after leaving the army.
It comes inside a hard plastic folder with a transparent cover.
