Description
Impressive, hand crafted hardwood model of traditional Gambian warrior boat. This model has been intricately carved locally using hardwood. The boat made from a single piece of hardwood is approximately 90 cm long and is replete with five warrior figures which can be slotted into a variety of positions in the boat. Overall there are 24 separate pieces, including 5 warriors and 13 spears paddles.
