Description
The Top Line dance frame is used to help improve posture for ballroom and latin dance.
I purchased this frame in 2010 and used it occasionally until I gave up competition dancing in 2019. According to the Top Line web site it is "medium" size. You will see more guidance on the frame size on the Top Line web site.
To help fit the frame to an individual, there are 12 adjustment points and there is plenty of guidance on-line to help the fitting process.
A new frame sells for about £140.
