This caravan has a double divan bed with pocket sprung mattress in the master bedroom and 2 single beds in the smaller room. There is a pull out sofa bed in the lounge that has only been used occasionally, but is very comfortable.

The caravan has full under floor insulation and has gas central heating with a radiator in each bedroom, the bathroom and the lounge.

The WiFi is Starlink and has been paid for outright with no further costs.

The site is just 15 minutes drive to Kirkby Stephen and about 30 minutes drive south to Kendal and north to Penrith.

Cycling and walking are popular in the area and the scenery is stunning.

There is a games room on site with a snooker table, an outdoor tennis court and an outdoor grassed play area for children.

Site fees are just £2450 and the site is open 1st March to 15th November. The site fees have been paid in full for 2025.

Electricity is paid at the end of the year. We paid £42 last year, but the cost depends on usage. Gas bottles can be purchased directly from the site and are delivered to the caravan.
