Description
Royal Worcester fine bone china pin/trinket dish depicting the Edgar Tower, a 14th century gatehouse built to protect the entrance to Worcester Cathedral. It was made as a promotional item for Kay & Co. Ltd., a mail order company that was a major employer in the city and was responsible for a number of prominent buildings.
Royal Worcester is one of the oldest porcelain makers in the country, though now part of the Portmeirion group and production in Worcester has ceased.
In excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
