Description
Opportunity to own this delightful vintage (circa 1937) Philips Type 785AX wireless (affectionally known as the "mono-knob") in excellent condition for age and in working order.
Complete with instruction manual.
The wave-change switch is noisy, the dial light(s) require replacing and the magic tuning valve would need replacing (if available.).
Can tune in stations on the medium wave and long wave using a wire aerial but unable to receive any stations on the short-wave band.
Whilst this wireless works it is being sold as a collectable item.
Must be collection only as too large to ship.
