The Royal Tournament was the first, the oldest and biggest Military Tattoo in the world.
It took place every year from 1880 and was scrapped in 1999 with the usual short-sighted excuse of “saving money”.
This pre-owned 128 page A4 size programme from the last tattoo, in 1999, highlights the skills and professionalism of the British Armed Forces and, today, when interest in serving in HM Forces is at an all-time low, its reincarnation would raise awareness of the benefits of working together, team spirit and pride in our nation.
