Myles and team did a great job with a finish better than we expected given the tricky uneven nature of the area. Myles was knowledgable from the outset and put our minds at ease. Competitively priced too. We'd happily use him again or recommend him to friends and family.

recently had my driveway replaced by Modern Designs and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. The lads worked efficiently, completing the project ahead of schedule without cutting corners. The finished driveway is smooth, durable, and has greatly improved the appeal of my home. I was especially impressed by their attention to detail, such as ensuring proper drainage and sealing the surface to extend its lifespan. Overall, I highly recommend Modern Designs for anyone looking for quality driveway installation. Their work speaks for itself, and their customer service is top-notch.

I used these guys for my patio and I was so pleased with their work that I got them to build and install a Pergola for me as well. I would highly recommend them they are very quick and tidy with quality workmanship and nothing is too much trouble.
