Product Information

These classic cotton deep-edge canvases from JACKSONS are made from archival, acid-free 350gsm cloth, making them suitable for professional fine art work.

They are primed with richly pigmented white Gesso, which gives the canvases enough tooth to have excellent responsiveness to brush strokes while also providing the ideal level of absorbency.

All of the JACKSONS classic range canvases come pre-stretched by hand to an expert standard, but include wood keys allowing you to precisely control the level of tension across the canvas should you so wish.

The canvases are backed with solid spruce wood, which has been kiln-dried to stop warping and protect against moisture. Additionally, the deeper edge of these canvases provides even further resistance to warping.
