ACADEMY Black Handheld Multi Band Portable Scanner With Batteries working order not sure of range its got ripple in front paper small crack in clear plastic but doesnt effect it you cant pick people up all time but ive had cb aircraft and police on it at certain times all depends on how high u are and reception at time and clearly how close they are to the scanner i can deliver local at cost and cash on collection thanks
