Description
An unwanted present in 'as new' condition that has only been opened to take photographs for this advertisement. This is apparent from the reluctance of pages to lie flat for the photographs with no pressure exerted to achieve this. However, there is an inscription, albeit faint, on one of the prelim pages (see photographs 2 and 3).
This lavishly illustrated hardback book of 251 pages measuring approximately 28cm x 22cm x 2.5cm relives the golden age of Britain's railways.
A David & Charles Book, first published in the UK in 2008 (ISBN-10: 0-7153-2956-1) at a cost of £25 new.
