Description
Vintage 1978-1979 Technics SA-200L low distortion current mirror circuit 3 band stereo receiver. Can be used as a receiver/radio or as an amplifier for a record player, tape deck, CD player or other auxiliary inputs.
Connections for - FM antennas (300 or 75 ohms), AM antenna, phono, auxiliary, tape record out/playback/5 DIN rec/play, main speakers, remote speakers (with speaker circuit protection fuses).
Includes power on/off switch, headphone socket, speaker selection buttons for main/remote speakers, bass/treble/balance knobs, loudness switch, FM muting/mode switch, tape monitor (source/tape) switch, selector knob for radio/phono/aux, radio tuning knob, volume knob, large light up radio station screen, FM & AM antenna wires, built in AM aerial that's unclips and swings outwards, voltage adjuster, built in power cable, vents and feet.
Recently engineer restored by replacing caps that needed doing and fluid cleaning all the controls. Fixed up and ready to use once you've attached your speakers or by plugging in headphones.
A few slight scuffs/marks to the metal and wood, a few small chipped parts on the wood at the corners, a small scuff on the AM aerial and some slight rust on the radio connections at the back.
