Description
This is a complete and fully working used regular/heat only condensing boiler which is perfect for small to medium homes.
It is not a combi boiler. This is for use on open vented or sealed central heating systems which will require a separate hot water cylinder (if hot water is required).
This boiler is nine years old but has been regularly serviced, and recently removed due to a property upgrade. The heat exchanger was chemically cleaned before it was disconnected.
It comes complete with the wall bracket, horizontal flue kit (although it is good practice to use a brand new flue when reinstalled) and pipework connections.
