Description
Wooden fire place, black back piece, black (possibly granite) hearth, and ‘Stockton’ Gazco Balanced Flue fire. (Not remote controlled version). Has been removed by Gas Safe engineer. Will need refitting by a gas safe engineer. Collection from Yarm after Sunday 17th Aug. Size 150cm at widest point, 127cm from floor, hearth is 39cm deep. Would consider separating. Fire has been serviced previous but don’t have a record. There are a few marks on the fire and surround, on photos
