We brought this on Sep 28th. We didn't open it, we brought 2 Dyson heaters but we are selling one which purifier hot+cool gen1. It's 2 years warranty, we have bill and everything in the box. If it gets repaire then you can call the company and you can ask them anything you want. But it's brand new and we didn't use it. For more information call me.
