Description
What's the role?
This role is responsible for supervising and coordinating voids and responsive repair works across our housing stock.
You'll lead and support a team of operatives and contractors to ensure repairs and void refurbishments are completed safely, to a high standard, and within agreed timescales.
You'll play a key part in monitoring quality, driving first–time fix rates, and resolving any day–to–day issues that arise on site.
Collaboration with colleagues, residents, and external partners will be essential in this fast–paced, resident–focused role.
What We're Looking For
You'll be organised, practical, and proactive in managing repairs and void processes.
Experience supervising repairs or voids in social housing is essential, with a clear understanding of health and safety and compliance.
You'll have great people skills able to build strong relationships with operatives, residents, and contractors.
A proven track record of delivering works on time and to a high standard.
Strong IT and record–keeping skills are important.
You'll have a commitment to excellent customer service and continuous improvement.
