Speech and Language Therapist (Part Time)

Location: Brent

School type: SEN school, ages 7–16

Remedy Education is working closely with a new SEN school in Brent to appoint an experienced Speech and Language Therapist. This is a part–time position within a small, supportive team where you can make a genuine difference.

The school caters for pupils aged 7–16 who are all verbal, largely independent, and diagnosed with autism. Some pupils present with behavioural challenges, but class sizes are small, allowing for a focused and individualised approach. The school is at an early stage of development, so this is an opportunity to help shape its provision from the ground up.

The role will involve:

Planning and delivering tailored speech and language programmes.Working closely with teachers and support staff to integrate communication strategies across the school day.Monitoring progress and providing feedback for staff, parents, and other professionals.Offering guidance and training to colleagues so that strategies are consistent and effective.We are looking for someone who:
