Clinical Director Opportunity in a Small Animal Basingstoke Practice

Our client is seeking a Clinical Director for a permanent, full-time position at a respected veterinary practice in Basingstoke. This role offers a competitive salary of up to GBP77,000 per annum, reflective of skills and experience. Lead the practice with a focus on enhancing clinical services, commercial performance, and team development. Cultivate excellent communication skills to maintain smooth working relationships within the team and with central support. Promote quality improvement, education, and associate engagement. Support specific interests, particularly if working towards or holding a certificate relevant to small animal primary care practice. Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, 4-day week with 1 in 4 Saturdays, and no out-of-hours.
