About the Role:

As a SEN Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in promoting positive behaviour and fostering a supportive learning environment for students.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting teachers in implementing behaviour management strategies.Providing one–on–one support to students with behavioural challenges.Collaborating with the school's SENCO and other professionals to create tailored intervention plans.Supporting the overall well–being of students and contributing to a positive school ethos. Qualifications:

Relevant experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.Understanding of behaviour management strategies and their application in a school environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A patient and empathetic approach to supporting students with diverse needs.Relevant qualifications in education or psychology would be advantageous.
