About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and organised Scheduler / Admin Support to join our growing team. You will work closely with our operations team to keep jobs running smoothly, ensure traders are in the right place at the right time, and provide essential admin support for the office.

This is a varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy, problem-solving environment and is happy to jump in wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities

* Job Scheduling: Plan and allocate jobs for traders and subcontractors based on availability, skills, and location.

* Client Updates: Communicate with clients to confirm bookings, provide job progress updates, and resolve queries.

* Trader Coordination: Confirm job details with traders, ensuring they have the correct materials, job sheets, and instructions.

* Admin Support: Process job reports, update CRM/job trackers, and file paperwork.

* Materials Management: Order and track delivery of materials when required.

* Quote Assistance: Support the preparation of quotes and estimates.

* Holiday/Sickness Cover: Step in to cover scheduling or admin tasks for absent colleagues to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements:

* Experience in scheduling, coordination, or maintenance/construction administration preferred.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

* Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure.

* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
