Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate information to assist their decision-making process.

Negotiate sales terms and agreements to meet both client and company objectives.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and industry trends.

Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve departmental targets.

Prepare and process necessary documentation for property transactions.

Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of their property transactions.

A successful Sales Negotiator should have:

Previous experience in sales, preferably within the property industry.

Base salary of approximately £21,000 to £26,000 per annum, plus commission opportunities.
