This well–regarded practice is seeking a Practice Nurse who can utilise their skillset in Chronic Conditions to offer an exceptional level care to patients. As well as a lovely working environment, the opportunity for further progression and development is most certainly in place.

Salary GBP38,000 – GBP46,500 FTE + NHS pension + 5.5 weeks annual leave + bank holidays excl.
