Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Autism PathwayLocation: London Contract Type: Insourcing - Fixed-Term (30 weeks initially) Start Date: ASAPHours: Full or Part-Time (Flexible Options Considered)Salary/Rate: Competitive Daily rate About the Role:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join a supportive and forward-thinking Children's Service Pathway, based at a single, well-equipped site.In this role, you will provide specialist assessment and intervention for children and young people with a range of developmental, sensory, and physical needs. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team focused on delivering high-quality, family-centred care to support children's functional independence and participation in daily life.Key Responsibilities: Carry out comprehensive OT assessments for children with a variety of needs (e.g. sensory processing, fine/gross motor difficulties, coordination challenges, etc.).Develop and implement individualised therapy plans and interventions.Work collaboratively with our Team and families, to support the child's development and goals.Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to multi-agency reports as required.Support service improvement and participate in team meetings and supervision. Requirements: Degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy.HCPC registration.Experience working with children and young people in a clinical, educational, or community setting.Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and teamwork skills.Understanding of family-centred and goal-oriented practice.Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
