Hoop Nursing are seeking an experienced and resilient Nursing Home Manager to manage a large–bedded nursing home in the Newport area. This is a brilliant opportunity for a highly experienced, proven leader with experience in managing both a substantial size service and large staff team.

As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day–to–day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and compliance. You will provide strong leadership, fostering a positive and supportive culture for residents, families, and staff.

Essential

Registered Nurse with an active PIN

QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management

Proven experience managing a large bedded nursing home

Extensive experience leading and developing large staff teams

Excellent organisational, IT and leadership skills.

A resilient and proactive approach, with the ability to remain calm under pressure

A passion for providing outstanding care and creating a welcoming, supportive environment

The starting salary for this position is 65,000, however, is negotiable depending on experience.
