Link3 is looking for an experienced, passionate Nursery Manager to lead our nursery group branch in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire (WD3). This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and confident leader to take ownership of a high–quality early years setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day–to–day running of the nursery, ensuring smooth and effective operationsLead, mentor, and support staff to deliver outstanding early years care and educationEnsure compliance with Ofsted standards, safeguarding policies, and health & safety regulationsBuild strong relationships with parents, carers, and the local communityMonitor and enhance curriculum delivery in line with the EYFS frameworkManage staffing, resources, and budgets efficiently Requirements:

Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education (Level 5+ desirable)Proven experience in a nursery management or senior leadership positionIn–depth knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted inspection requirementsStrong leadership, communication, and organisational skillsA genuine passion for creating a nurturing and inspiring learning environment Benefits:
