Description

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young people with autism, social, emotional, and mental health needs? We're looking for compassionate and proactive Night Support Workers to join a specialist residential setting supporting individuals aged 16-25.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a team that helps young people build independence and prepare for adult life, further education, or employment-all in a beautiful rural location.

Hourly Rate: GBP12.37 - GBP13.49 GBP25 per night shift worked (approx. GBP4,000 extra annually)

Contract: Full-time - 1x Permanent & 1x 12-Month Fixed Term

Hours: 7:45pm - 8:15am, 4 on / 4 off shift pattern (average 43.75 hours per week)

What You'll Be Doing:Support students with their evening routines and activitiesProvide emotional support and a listening ear after a busy dayLiaise with parents/carers and ensure health and medical needs are met overnightEncourage independence in areas like budgeting, cooking, and housekeepingUse verbal and visual prompts tailored to individual needsWork collaboratively with the wider team to ensure continuity of careWhat We're Looking For:No prior experience is needed-we'll provide full training!
