Location: Hitchin, Hertfordshire

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 1pm (Flexibility within this pattern, for example can be three full time hours)

Salary: Competitive + annual bonus

My client, a respected and market leading company with a strong reputation within its sector, is looking for a Part–Time New Product Development (NPD) Executive/ administrator to join their innovative New Product Development team.

About the Role

As an NPD Executive, you'll be at the heart of the product development process – helping to bring new ideas to life and ensuring they meet the highest standards. This is a dynamic, hands–on role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with the Head of Product Research and a small, friendly team to support projects from concept to launch.

Your day–to–day will include:

Coordinating meetings, travel, and events for the Product Research teamManaging external cosmetic and medical studies – from writing protocols to tracking progressPreparing and maintaining essential documentation in line with ISO 13485Setting up new parts in the IFS MRP system as Master Data ControllerSupporting quality systems and helping to maintain SOPs and work instructionsProofreading packaging artwork and managing barcode allocations

You'll likely have:

Strong admin and organisational skillsExperience managing technical or cosmetic evaluationsA sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindsetGreat communication skills and a collaborative approachConfidence using a range of computer systems
