About the role

Transform Housing & Support is recruiting a local multi trade operative to join our repairs team to maintain our supported housing property portfolio throughout Surrey and surrounding areas.

The work is varied and rewarding with a salary of £31,824 and excellent benefits package including contributory pension scheme, sick pay, 28 days holiday plus bank holidays and company vehicle.

About you

We're ideally looking for someone with:

• Ability to understand schedule of works covering multiple trades and able to understand works orders, complete timesheets and log materials used

• Knowledge and understanding of health and safety relating to building maintenance tasks in residential properties

• Understanding of equal opportunities and diversity issues

• Ability to work in a team or alone

• Organise own workload including making access arrangements with clients and housing support colleagues

• Ability to use portable devices and software to receive work orders, update information, send and receive emails and order materials
