Major Works Project Manager – Housing Capital Programme (£30m p.a.)

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to play a key role in delivering Enfield’s ambitious £30m Housing Capital Programme. This is your chance to lead high-profile projects that improve homes, strengthen communities, and boost the borough’s social and economic future.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading and delivering housing capital works across the borough.

Driving improvements in social housing, sustainability, and community development.

Managing a skilled team (Clerk of Works, Resident Liaison, and Project Support).

Building strong partnerships with Government, GLA, TfL, developers and more.

Promoting Enfield’s housing projects regionally and nationally.

Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.What we’re looking for:

A confident project manager with experience in large-scale capital works.

Strong communication and partnership-building skills at senior level.

The ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on delivery.
