Part time role available - working equivalent of 3 days per week - pattern to be agreed.

Salary shown is full time equivalent

Great opportunity for a customer focused individual to provide quality service to our customers at the start and end of their tenancy. You will work with internal teams to ensure prompt turnaround of homes, placing adverts, complete viewings, inspections and giving first class advice to customers.

What you'll achieve

Working in a busy Lettings team, you will have a collaborative approach to ensure service standards are met. This role will involve working across the Midlands area so own transport is essential. The Lettings team in the Midlands is supported by teams across East and South and they work collaboratively together to supply high quality to service to all our customers.

What you'll bring

Essential skills

Excellent numeracy, literacy and communication skills.

Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in England and Mathematics.

IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software.

Ability to prioritise, manage own workload and to meet deadlines.

Commitment and understanding of how to deliver excellent customer service.

Team player and focus on team task approach to meet the needs of the customer

Previous experience in a customer service environment.

Ability to travel to meet the needs of the service. Own transport essential.

Flexibility to meet deadlines where appropriate

Undertake any other duties as may be reasonably required in line with the level of responsibility of the post in order to meet the changing needs of the organisation.

Experience in similar role, eg lettings, tenancy management
