The Role:

As an Inclusion Support Practitioner, you will:

Work closely with pupils with SEN, SEMH, and EAL needsDeliver targeted interventions in and out of the classroomCollaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external agenciesPromote emotional wellbeing, confidence, and resilienceHelp students overcome barriers to learning and participation This is a vital role in ensuring that inclusion is not just a policy but a lived experience for every learner in the school.

Ideal Candidate:

Background in SEN, youth work, psychology, or inclusionStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build trust and consistency with studentsUnderstanding of safeguarding and SEND Code of PracticeEnhanced DBS (or willing to apply) What Tradewind Offers You:
