Experienced Community Carer – Full UK Driving Licence & Own Vehicle Required

Location: Swindon and Surrounding Areas

Pay Rate: 14.50 per hour + 35p mileage

Hours: Full–time

Shifts: Morning (07:00 – 15:00) and/or Evening (15:00 – 23:00)

About the Role

This is a community–based position where you will support individuals recently discharged from hospital, helping them regain independence and confidence in their own homes.

Please note: This is a driving role. You must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle. You will be travelling between client homes throughout Swindon and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high–quality care tailored to each individual's needsSupport with personal care, mobility, medication, and daily routinesAssist with light domestic tasks and meal preparationEncourage independence during recovery at homeMentor junior staff and support new startersWork collaboratively with healthcare professionalsRequirements:

Minimum 1 years' experience in Health & Social Care (community experience preferred)Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicleNVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Health & Social CareWillingness to travel between client homes across the communityWhat We Offer:
