As a Domiciliary Care Manager, you will:

Oversee daily operations, managing staff and care delivery.Ensure compliance with CQC standards and relevant legislation.Lead and mentor the care team to provide exceptional service.Build strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders.Drive branch growth through excellent service and local networking.

For the Domiciliary Care Manager role, we're looking for someone who:

Has previous experience in a managerial or deputy role within domiciliary care.Holds or is working towards NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care.Possesses strong knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards.Demonstrates excellent leadership and communication skills.Is passionate about delivering high–quality, person–centred care.
