Job Description:

We are currently seeking Care and Support Workers to join our team in Chesterfield and surrounding areas, including Newbold, Dronfield, Whittington, Brimmington, Clowne, Eckington, Killamarsh, ClayCross and Bolsover. This is a permanent role with both full–time and part–time hours available.

As a Care and Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high–quality care and support to individuals within the community in their own homes. Your main duties will include assisting with personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, and light household tasks. You will also have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our clients and make a positive impact in their lives.

Requirements:

A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essential for this rolePrevious experience in care is desirable but not essential as full training will be providedA caring and empathetic nature with a passion for helping othersGood communication skills and the ability to work well within a teamWillingness to undergo a DBS check and provide satisfactory referencesResponsibilities:

Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homesAdministering medication in accordance with individual care plansAssisting with meal preparation and light household tasksBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients and their familiesCommunicating effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionalsCompleting accurate and timely documentation and reportsAttending team meetings and participating in training and development opportunitiesAdhering to all company policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care are maintainedBenefits:
