A specialist school in Newbury is seeking a Behaviour Support Worker to join their dedicated team. This full–time role is suited for graduates or aspiring professionals looking to pursue a career in psychology, education, counselling, or social work.

You'll work with pupils who may present with Autism, ADHD, trauma–related behaviours, and SEMH. As a Behaviour Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting students to manage their emotions and access learning in a safe, structured environment.
