Job Title: Behaviour Support Assistant Location: Islington
Salary: GBP85 GBP110 per day
Contract: Full–Time Immediate Start
Are you an enthusiastic and driven Behaviour Support Assistant ready to make a lasting impact? GSL Education is seeking a confident individual to join a secondary SEN provision in Islington, working closely with students with SEMH and behavioural challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Support students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
Encourage positive choices and emotional regulation.
Implement individual behaviour plans.
Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience with challenging behaviour or in an alternative provision setting.
Calm under pressure and adaptable.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Team Teach trained (or willingness to be trained).
