Responsibilities of a Behaviour Support Assistant:

Provide 1:1 support for pupils with challenging behaviour, Autism, and mental health needsHelp promote positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and a safe learning spaceWork closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to provide consistent, tailored supportPlay a vital role in boosting confidence, well–being, and academic progressIdeal for psychology, education, or health–related graduates looking to develop a career in teaching, child psychology, or youth work Requirements for Behaviour Support Assistant role:

Previous experience working with children with SEN, ADHD, SEMH, or similar needs (paid or voluntary)A calm, patient, and resilient personality with a genuine passion for making a differenceWillingness to learn and grow in a collaborative, supportive setting Behaviour Support Assistant – Winchester – Term time only September 2025 Start
