The Role at a Glance

Position:Healthcare AssistantPay Rate:Competitive GBP15 to GBP18 per hourSchedule:Flexible 24-hour shift patternsLocation:Carleton Clinic hospital, Carlisle CA1 3SX What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:

Providing outstanding, patient-centered care.Supporting the nursing staff and wider multidisciplinary team.Maintaining precise and confidential patient records.Assisting with medication administration under the direction of qualified staff.Upholding the highest professional standards and Trust policies. What We're Looking For (Requirements)

Essential:Prior experience in the UK working with individuals facing mental health challenges.Essential:A strong understanding of mental health conditions and best practices.Essential:A deep sense of compassion and a commitment to providing exceptional care.Bonus:A Care CertificateMandatory:For the safety of our patients and staff, BCG, MMR, and Hepatitis B vaccinations are required for this position.
